Who we are
Jae Labs, a sole proprietorship registered in Kingston, Jamaica, operates Agent Jae. By creating an account or sending messages through Agent Jae, you agree to these terms. Contact: team@agentjae.ai.
Acceptable use
What you must — and must not — do with Agent Jae.
You agree to use Agent Jae only for lawful business communication. Specifically, you will:
- Only message contacts who have given you explicit WhatsApp opt-in.
- Honor opt-out requests within 24 hours.
- Comply with the WhatsApp Business Solution Terms, Commerce Policy, and Business Messaging Policy at all times.
- Not send spam, harassment, fraud, or misleading messages.
- Not impersonate another person or business.
- Remain responsible for the accuracy of property listings, prices, terms, and any other information Agent Jae communicates on your behalf.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we believe you have violated this section, or if WhatsApp or Meta requires us to.
Your data and privacy
You own your conversations and your customer data. We process it only to operate the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process this data for the sole purpose of providing Agent Jae to you. We do not use your conversation data to train AI systems (see Privacy Policy §3).
AI replies and accuracy
What Agent Jae is, and what it isn't.
Agent Jae composes replies using AI. AI replies can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. They are not legal, financial, or professional advice.
You remain responsible for what Agent Jae says on your behalf — including accuracy of property details, prices, terms, and any commitments made in conversation. Review the conversation log regularly. If a reply is wrong, correct it with the customer.
Service availability
Agent Jae is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, freedom from errors, or specific results. We do not offer a service-level agreement at this stage. We will give reasonable notice of planned downtime when we can.
Liability
Limits on what either of us owes the other.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jae Labs's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to Agent Jae is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose, or USD $100, whichever is greater.
Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data.
You agree to indemnify and hold Jae Labs harmless from any third-party claim arising from your use of Agent Jae in violation of §2 (Acceptable use) — including, without limitation, spam complaints, regulatory action, or claims by message recipients.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Agent Jae at any time. Cancel from your account, or email team@agentjae.ai.
We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, if WhatsApp or Meta requires it, or for any other reasonable cause. We will give you notice when we can.
On termination, §3 (Your data), §6 (Liability), and §8 (Governing law) survive.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of Kingston, Jamaica.
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will email account holders at least 30 days before it takes effect. Your continued use of Agent Jae after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
