How to request deletion · Jae Labs

To remove data Agent Jae holds about you or your end users:

  1. 1. Email team@agentjae.ai with the subject "Data deletion request".
  2. 2. Include the WhatsApp number whose data you want removed. If you are an end user, include the business name as well so we can route the request.
  3. 3. We confirm within 3 business days and remove eligible data within 30 days.

Meta-held data. WhatsApp Cloud API messages auto-expire on Meta's side within 30 days; we don't control that clock. See our Privacy Policy for retention details.
